Yaoi.Chat Terms of Service

Welcome to Yaoi.Chat (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform.
• By creating an account, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and that accessing adult, fictional, creative content is legal where you reside.

2. Services Offered

• Yaoi.Chat provides a communication platform organizing users into distinct communities ("Guilds").
• The Platform features user-to-user communication, as well as interactive automated artificial intelligence text bots ("AI Chatbots"), moderation bots, including user-created and platform-provided, within groups.

3. Community Moderation & Reporting

• Guild Governance: Each Guild is independently operated and responsible for moderating its own community, text channels, and member behavior.
• Platform Intervention: Yaoi.Chat administration reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to step in and review content. Guilds found to be consistently or systematically violating our core policies will be permanently deleted from the Platform.
• Reporting & Privacy: To protect user safety, chat logs are monitored and reviewed by Platform administrators when a user utilizes the built-in report functionality. By using the reporting tool, you acknowledge that relevant chat data will be reviewed for compliance.

4. User-Generated Content & Prohibited Conduct

Yaoi.Chat is a space for adult creative expression. However, you strictly agree not to upload, generate, or share content that:

• Depicts real minors in an explicit, sexual, or suggestive nature.
• Promotes real-world violence, physical harm, stalking, or non-consensual harassment.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property or copyrights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The Platform's design, code, and architecture are open source, using Fluxer. The trademarks for Yaoi.Chat belong exclusively to Yaoi.Chat.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the text and creative assets you write or upload. By posting on the Platform, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and moderate the service.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided entirely "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Yaoi.Chat is a free, non-monetized service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or emotional distress, arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users and AI Chatbots.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or terminate your account/Guild at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
