Yaoi.Chat Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: July 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules of conduct and content standards for everyone accessing or using Yaoi.Chat (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to abide by this policy.
1. Absolute Zero-Tolerance Rules
The following activities or content will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the Platform, the deletion of associated Guilds, and cooperation with law enforcement if necessary:
- Child Exploitation: Any depiction, generation, or discussion of real minors in a sexual, explicit, or suggestive context. For clarification: cartoon characters, drawings, animations, 3D renders, and other depictions of fictional characters are not, in fact, real minors. Fictional creative works must comply with applicable state and federal laws.
- Real-World Harm: Direct threats of violence, incitement to real-world physical harm, or instructions on how to self-harm or build dangerous weapons.
- Doxxing and Malicious Harassment: Publishing another person's private personal information (PII)—such as real names, addresses, phone numbers, or private photos—without their explicit consent, or engaging in coordinated targeted harassment campaigns.
2. Community Standards & Guild Responsibility
Yaoi.Chat is a community-driven ecosystem. While we embrace freedom of adult creative expression, Guild owners and administrators must maintain basic operational order:
- Guild Autonomy & Accountability: Guild owners are responsible for the content and conduct within their respective communities. If a Guild consistently ignores user reports or fosters a community focused on violating this AUP, the entire Guild will be removed.
- Spam and Disruption: Users and bots may not engage in automated spamming, flooding chat channels, distributing malware, or executing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against the platform or specific Guilds.
- AI Chatbot Boundaries: If you configure or host bots or automated AI text bots in your Guild, they must not be designed to generate content that violates the Zero-Tolerance rules outlined in Section 1.
3. Reporting and Enforcement
The Report Feature: If you encounter a message that violates this AUP, please use the built-in report functionality. This flags the message and logs relevant chat history for Platform administration to review.
- Enforcement Actions: Yaoi.Chat administrators reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy. Actions may include issuing warnings, removing specific content, banning individual user accounts, or permanently deleting entire Guilds.
- Appeals: If you believe your account or Guild was actioned in error, you may contact Platform administration for review. All final decisions rest solely with Yaoi.Chat leadership.
